● ● BASIC INFORMATION
NAME, Artemis ALIAS, Ari GENDER, Female ETHNICITY, Greek GRADE, Freshman TYPE & RACE, Goddess of the Hunt
● ● APPEARANCE INFORMATION
HAIR, Artemis has thick honey blonde hair that possesses a faint wave to it. Her forehead is covered by sheer side-swept bangs which blend into soft layers that frame her face. It is most often found hanging loose, ending just beneath her bust, though the female is in the habit of pulling it up into a high ponytail when trying to focus. EYES, Oddly similar in shade to her hair, they are a rich golden brown hue. Large and with a sheen liquid quality to them, the orbs are framed by long (though not particularly thick) black lashes. Her eyes are by far her most expressive feature and have been known to betray her emotions in the past. HEIGHT, 5’9” WEIGHT, 130 NOTICEABLE TRAITS, Archaic Tattoo – on the back of her neck, Artemis has a tattoo etched in black ink. The symbol resembles twin crescent moons forming the antlers of a stag and plays to her mythical status as goddess of the hunt, wilderness, and the moon.
● ● PSYCHE INFORMATION

NEGATIVE TRAITS,
- BLUNT

STRENGTHS,
- WITTICISM || being a social creature, it’s a good thing that Artemis has a knack for clever humour and charisma.
- ARCHERY || she’s been using a bow since she was three, so it would be pretty embarrassing if she wasn’t skilled.
- COORDINATION || years of running about in the wild and practicing with various weapons has lead to
- ENERGETIC || ever the upbeat individual, Artemis is almost always full of vigour; ready to go at a moments notice.
- DETERMINATION || her status as a self-made goddess is evidence of her determination – when this girl wants something, she pursues it with passion and refuses to be deterred by any and all obstacles that come her way.
WEAKNESSES,
- PRIDE || though Artemis is loath to admit it, she does let her pride get the best of her. Question her abilities or insult her, and her touchy attitude climbs to the surface.
- CONFRONTATION || she just can’t help it; when someone presents her with a challenge, she almost always has to accept. Stupid goddamned pride.
- POSSESSIVE || when this female lays claim to something, whether it be a person or object, she is very protective of them…some might say a tad overprotective.
- ROMANCE || when it comes to affairs of the heart, Artemis is completely clueless (after all, she’s known as the virginal goddess for a reason). Countless times, individuals have expressed interest in her, but she either doesn’t recognize their feelings or avoids them like the plague. Though she would never admit it, she is somewhat afraid of becoming intimately attached to someone and the emotional openness that doing so entails.
- SWEETS || yes, this goddess has a sweet tooth, especially when it comes to chocolate or mint. Mint chocolates are bliss!
● ● PERSONAL GOODS
ITEMS,
- Nothing noteworthy at the moment.
WEAPONS,
- Silver Bow and Arrows, created for her by the Cyclops. This set serves as Artemis’ main weapon and is uniquely crafted for her build and strength. Despite the material it is crafted from, the bow is extremely light and flexible due to an enchantment placed upon it. Furthermore, her quiver contains an endless supply of arrows, which bring swift and painless death to whomever they strike down.
ABILITIES,
● ● BACKGROUND CHECK
HISTORY, Artemis was born on the island of Ortygia, the daughter of Leto and Zeus. A day after her birth she aided her mother in delivering her twin brother Apollo, which lead to her designation as Protectress of Childbirth. Performing feats at a young age was a theme with the female; for instance, at the age of three she requested that her father support her goal of becoming a huntress goddess. Thus began the creation of the “self-made” goddess. From Zeus, she requested to be trained in archery and to be given a retinue of nymphs to act as her attendants. She traveled to the isle of Lipara where she implored the fearsome Cyclops to craft her a silver bow and arrows. She then visited Pan, God of the Forests, and was granted a pack of hounds to join her in the wild.
Although she was generally associated with the hunt, Artemis’ domain extended even further. She was the protector of the wilderness, wild animals, female children, and mothers (both human and animal) in childbirth. Together, Artemis and her brother were also the bringer of death and disease, though the goddess possessed healing abilities as well.
